Feeding Guidelines

To prepare Cow & Gate Follow On Milk, please follow these instructions meticulously:

1. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Shake the bottle well. Pour the required amount of milk into a sterilised feeding beaker.
3. Serve at room temperature or warmed if desired. Always check the temperature of the feed.
4. Discard any unfinished milk in the feeding beaker as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
5. Any unused milk in the bottle can be stored by replacing the cap, keeping it upright in the refrigerator, and using it within 24 hours.

For infants around 6 months, it is recommended to have about 1 bottle (200ml) for a single feed, with about 5 feeds in a 24-hour period. For ages 7 to 12 months, 1 bottle per feed, approximately 3 feeds a day is suggested. Once weaning is established, a total intake of about 1 pint (500-600ml) per day is preferred.
