  • Take a small amount of product and warm in your hands. Place one leg up on a stool or stable surface.
    Using both hands, smooth the product over the skin, from the ankle to the top of the thigh. Repeat this action.
    Use the draining pressure by wrapping both hands around the ankle, working upwards towards the top of the thigh. Repeat this action 6 times. Apply the product in the exact same way on the other leg.
