MyBeauty.Boutique Returns & Refunds Policy
We know sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s totally okay. Our aim is to make returns and refunds as smooth, clear, and fair as possible. Here’s everything you need to know.
📅 Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unopened

Unused
-
In original condition and packaging, with all seals and tags intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase

🏠 Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
It's essential that shipping addresses are entered accurately at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or a failure to collect the parcel:

The original delivery fee is non-refundable

Reshipping will require an additional postage charge
Orders lost due to address errors are not eligible for refunds.
✉️ Unclaimed Parcels & Customs Fees
When parcels are held at customs or remain unclaimed:

Carriers or customs will contact you directly

If unclaimed, items may be returned to us after a delay of up to 8 weeks

Items can be resent, but all return postage and customs fees must be covered by the customer

Refunds are not issued for unclaimed or customs-returned parcels
We recommend keeping an eye on tracking updates and checking with your local courier promptly if delays arise.
🧴 Return Eligibility by Product Type
For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for certain items:

Supplements or perishables: Not eligible for return

Skincare, beauty tools, accessories: Eligible if sealed and unused

Clothing and accessories: Eligible if unworn and in original packaging
⏳ Return Timeframes & Refunds

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of arriving back with us

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank

PayPal refunds follow PayPal's own timelines
Need help locating a refund? We can provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for Shopify card payments upon request.
❌ Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us. If your order has already reached the fulfilment stage—even if not yet marked as dispatched—we’ll advise if cancellation is still possible.
❓ Issues with Your Order (Missing, Wrong, or Faulty Items)
If there’s something wrong with your order, we’re here to help. Please:

Take clear photos of the outer packaging and item(s)

Email us at hello@mybeauty.boutique within 72 hours of delivery

Include your order number and a description of the issue
Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.
🌍 International Orders & Customs Charges
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees:

Refunds are not available for the original postage or the item itself

We’re happy to resend the item once all applicable fees and reshipping costs are covered
📦 Delivery Issues or Missing Parcels
If your tracking says delivered but your parcel is missing:

Contact your local delivery service first—they have the latest info

If unresolved, email us with details and the courier's response

You may be asked to complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt
Missing parcel claims must be submitted within 5 working days of the delivery scan. Claims beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
📸 Evidence Requirements
To process claims regarding missing or damaged items, the following are required:

Clear photos of the parcel exterior

Labels, contents, and any visible issues

CCTV or video doorbell footage if available
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
