We know how exciting it is to receive your beauty haul, so we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with all the glam you expect.
🚚 Dispatch Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way, complete with a tracking link so you can follow the journey door-to-door.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2pm GMT may be processed the next working day.

Shipping charges are based on parcel weight and destination, and are displayed at checkout. You can also preview them via the shipping calculator on your basket page.
🛋️ Customs & Import Duties
For customers outside the UK:

Import taxes, customs duties, and any fees are the responsibility of the recipient

These may be charged when your parcel arrives at its destination
We always provide accurate customs forms, commercial invoices, and tariff codes—but we have no control over how long your country’s customs takes to process incoming parcels.
Delays caused by customs cannot be factored into our delivery guarantees. If your parcel is delayed due to customs clearance, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
❓ Where's My Order?
Once shipped, tracking info becomes available within 24–48 hours. If you haven’t received your order within 18 working days, please email hello@mybeauty.boutique with your order number and name so we can help.
Please first check the tracking link provided—especially with your local courier if your parcel is out for delivery or marked as delivered.
⚠️ Delivery Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us straight away. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
After dispatch:
