IsaDora Intense Eyeliner 24h Wear 0.35g - 65 Dark Blue
A soft, waterproof eyeliner that neither smudges nor falls. It's entirely up to you! Draw a thin line along the lashes, create a classic wing or paint on the waterline to fill in the space between the lashes. If you want to create a sooty wing, blur the line immediately after application, before it has time to dry. Sharpen the tip often with the built-in sharpener on the inside of the cap.
