Nice & Easy Root Touch Up Medium Gold Brown

This dye never activated. Something wrong with it. It never turned ash brown. My hair stayed the same, with white still showing. Do not buy from this seller.

I have used this product for a few years now and wouldn’t be without it. My hair is dark brown (well, that was my original colour at one time, although my roots are distinctly white now, not even grey any more). This product gives excellent coverage for home colouring in between salon visits. I now visit the hairdressers every 8 weeks and at week 4 in between I use Clairol Root Touch Up. Prior to this I was paying a salon every 5 weeks, so saves me money and I can colour sooner, which is most definitely needed. I use two boxes each time as I have very thick hair just past my shoulders. My lovely husband is tasked with the pleasure of applying the root colour every few weeks for me. I must point out that recently the plastic gloves provided have been made larger, which is great for my husband as he has rather large hands. This was something he used to complain about, so he is more than happy with this change (see my photo). Not sure how, but this root colour blends in perfectly with my salon coloured hair. Would recommend this product, without a shadow of a doubt.

Read reviews stating this works on darker roots. It doesn’t. Absolutely no change to my hair before and after using this product. It’s worth noting it recommends leaving on for 15mins. I left it on for 45mins hoping something might happen. It did not.

I bought 4A Dark ash brown, not dark in the slightest! Different picture and hair colour in the box than what’s shown. Made my medium/dark brown hair lighter and didn’t cover all greys. There isn’t much product so if your grey roots cover most of your head and not just on the top, you’re going to struggle to get proper coverage
