Use a straight interdental brush between the front teeth. Insert the brush gently between your teeth. Do not force the brush into a space; work it in gently or choose a smaller size. Move the interdental brush full length back and forth a few times.

This current batch are awful. They used to be great, now the soft purple covering peels away so the hard sharp plastic protrudes and you can’t use them. Sometimes they are like it before first use, other times it happens during the first use. Absolutely awful so won’t be purchasing again. Waste of money.
