Firstly I was disappointed to find no seal/foil on the top of the tube which made me wonder if it was indeed used or new, not to mention the hygiene of the product and secondly having tried it, I've not noticed any pain relief. Also I have concerns about there being parabens as one review wrote, which isn't supposed to be that safe.

I've been using Voltarol gel for joint pain (recently diagnosed with hypermobility/RA), and that does work, but I prefer this - nice sensation on application, fairly quick relief on joints affected. Will definitely repurchase.
