Not handed to me as delivery said, but squashed into the letter box. Seems to be problem with this item. Thankfully tablets seem in order. Let's hope they work!!

Whilst these are a great vitamin, in my opinion These were delivered tampered with and re packaged. In future I’ll buy from a chemist I can visit and not on line. Disappointed and have requested a return or they go in the bin!

Was getting hot flushes every 15mins, horrendous experience of the start of the menopause. These took about 3 weeks to start making a difference but the flushes reduced to a few a day. I missed a few a couple of weeks ago and stated getting more flushes so need to take religiously. Month 3 now and I do take a 400iu vitamin E too. Hopefully I can find my balance without HRT
